The two rustico's are situated in a totally quiet and sunny location below in the lower part of Rivapiana, in Mergoscia. The rusticos are completely detached in the middle of the slope (terraced) with forest and meadow in wonderfully well-kept surroundings with 10,000 m2 of land (fenced) with a view of the valley and the beautiful Lago Vogorno. The house has several idyllic seating areas scattered around the property. Ideal for varied holidays for nature-loving people and the starting point for beautiful hikes. They are only 20 minutes by car from Locarno and 12 minutes from Tenero (large shopping centre) away. Pets are allowed.
